LEON/LOLA – Software Update :: MIRIAM – Release Date

Ed Stratton writes – “Zero-G are pleased to advise the Vocaloid User Community that we are anticipating a software update from Yamaha before the end of April (hopefully around 23 April) which will greatly increase the speed of synthesis (making it around 3 times faster), and fixes some important features such as the VST Instrument, and ‘Play With Synthesis’.”

“This update will of course be available as a FREE download for registered users of LEON and LOLA.”

“The new version of the software will power MIRIAM from the outset. MIRIAM has been delayed, partly to wait for the improved synthesis engine and partly to allow a longer period of intensive testing of the vocal font. We anticipate that MIRIAM will be available in the stores by the second week of May, or possibly sooner.”

“Expect MIRIAM demos to start appearing in the next couple of weeks.”

“Zero-G will keep Registered Users informed by email of the actual availability of the update, and the actual shipping date of MIRIAM, nearer to the time.”
