As in the real voices, Vocaloid male voices are made in a range of singing low.
I've searched the appropriate range for this song and the voice of Big Al, putting the voice almost to the limit.
Exceeding this range the voices make a sound of masculine "falsetto", besides to using the appropriate vowels; e i u (e i: I u: U) and augment the gender factor in this verse.

Is Leon default voice deeper than Big Al?
So far, I have both Miriam and Lola singing bass lines that go lower then the colored grid box. Below C Zero octave.
Doing multiple harmony parts with only one Vocaloid, makes for some really beautiful close harmonies. Like a singing group made up of members from the same family.
