Does anyone have insights on how to tweek Prima singing the word ‘light’?

In the same piece ‘she’ sings ‘night’ with no problem. But with "light" no matter what I try, she mangles the end of the dipthong and sounds like she’s adding "L" and "W" to the end. Tried spelling it ‘lite’…tried spelling it ‘lit’ and then changing the short ‘i’ to a long one. No luck.

Any ideas? Thanks!
Craig

Hi Craig,

Vocaloid uses pre-recorded phonemes to synthesize the words, it also needs phonemes to synthesize the end of a word and the beginning of the next word, if they are close together.
I’ve tried "light" on its own and it sounds fine.

Could you tell me on what note "light" is sung and also what (if any) word comes immediately after "light".

Anders
