Not certain I understand the question.

If you want to produce music on a computer
purchase the Computer Music magazine.
It comes with a DVD with all the software you need to get started.
You will do a LOT of reading.

Web site: http://www.computermusic.co.uk/
Not sure in what languages it is published!

This should be a good starting point.
:D

Hi magnadel, judging from the date & time you posted your last message you are somewhere on the other side of the world from where I am – here in the UK it is still Friday 4th January!
You are right, Vocaloid is an instrument only for producing vocals. If you want to produce full tracks with many instruments you will need a program refered to as a "host" or "sequencer" or "production program" such as Cubase, Logic, Pro Tools, Reason or one of many others available. As TruePegasus pointed out in the previous reply, you would do well to get a magazine about music production & read about what you need & how it is done. As he mentioned there is one in the UK called Computer Music who give away a DVD with each issue that has simple versions of all the programs you need to get started.
Good luck.
