Hello Vocaloid community!

Thanks to everybody for your interest and support. Here’s our new step: Vocaloid’s Resonances curves are automatically calculated by PMStyle (Look at the Vocaloid *.mid files), which allows to achieve kind of “with pressure” or “breathing” singing manners. As always, no manual editing at all! See details at [url:2tefgyih]http://www.ntonyx.com/vocaloid/05-24-2004.htm[/url:2tefgyih]
Also, this week we will post on our web site a questionnaire about the functionality of YV Enhancer 1.0 and special PMStyles. We will appreciate your recommendations.

CTO, JMT

Yeah! I like the summertime demo. Especially the backing vocals. :)

Leon sounds more distinct on this demo and much clearer. This sounds good enough to make demo’s that people actually can hear the lyrics on. ;)

Great work! *hat off*

Now, it seems like the algoritms should be finetuned to fit in to different music styles. Still some staccato feel on the short notes.

Cheers
Bob

You’re getting there. The pitch bends on the main vocal were impressive. Was that put in by the enhancer? If so, how is the input of pitch bend determined?? Also was the noise level and resonance also put in by the enhancer. I noticed slight changes in the bandwidth and amplitude in the main vocal, though I read that the main vocal used default parameters. Your work is getting interesting.

Agree! This can be controlled to some extend, however, this effect is related to speech synthesis, when a part of time is taken up by consonants, which makes sounding not in coalescence.

Yes, PB was inserted by a style, and it has Depth. Please see more details at our Vocaloid related pages. Also, an article about PM technology is placed at [url:25be5apz]http://www.ntonyx.com/se_pm.htm[/url:25be5apz]
