Not within vocaloid. You may be able to do it within your sequencing software. I use a studio to add reverb. N tracks studio is a pretty good one and inexpensive. Quartz has a freebie studio that’s pretty good also. I make a wave file or mulriple wave files if more than 1 voice. This can be done within vocaloid.

As gray said, not within the program itself.
If you’ve a Rewire compatible sequencer routing the output from Miriam is straightforward, and then you’ve access to any effects plug-ins you may have there. Just select ‘Rewire’ as the output for the main L-R output in the Miriam mixer and activate the Rewire input in the host sequencer.
