Hi Everyone,
I joined Sound Cloud, since almost all of my Vocaloid files are too large to post here.
My first Sound Cloud upload. Faraway Dreams, a 12 part or 12 track Vocaloid 1 Big Band Swing Tune.
Leon does the 2 Bass Parts plus a Harmony Track or two. Miriam and Lola each do 4 parts. Handling the melody tracks and the harmony parts.
The original midi file before importing into Vocaloid 1 had the following instruments. Bass, Drums, Piano, Guitar, Strings, Melody, and Harmony parts using Synth Voices.
I imported all 12 Tracks into Vocaloid and did a rough mix.
Then exported as a Wav File and added effects in Magix Samplitude 14, which has 2 kinds of Mastering modules. One for adding audio effects, Reverb, Chorus, Delay, EQ, and Dynamics or Compression.
Then a second Mastering Suite adds 3D Mixing of all the above. And then you can save your mix as a mixing preset to use on additional tunes.
I may add words sometime in the future, but for now this wordless tune can be used as a singing exercise to go with my singing book and my singing students.
Here is the Sound Cloud Link.

I really like this one~ Miriam really sounds nice in this, and the vibrato on the notes is lovely. The whole tune gives off a dream like feel to me.

Hi All, CF
Miriam is the Vocaloid Mirah Carey. Plus 4 more octaves. Prima also.
I have a few more mixed already and a another bunch ready to be exported to a wav and mixed.
And some kids songs that I am adding words to.
For these wordless singing projects, I decided just making one Master Wav File in the Vocaloid or Vocaloid 2 Editor then adding some effects would do nicely. One has to deal with time down here, so I have to set deadlines for each recording project and then move onto the next.

If I only had one or two vocal or vocaloid tracks, I would mix the backing tracks down to one wav file and then the lead vocaloids to another wav file.

I just put up a SoundCloud file today, where the mightly Miriam chirps what was a midi mandolin track. I really like the way the track converted to Vocaloid.

Tomorrow I will start a Showcase thread for my Vocaloid SoundCloud postings, so I can have them all in one thread.

I really like the ease of using the Vocaloid 1 Expression Icons. Its allows easy mixing it up of the Vibratos and the Vocal Attacks.
