i have installed Vocaloid and it is registered and correctly installed I think.
I installed it on a partition not it the directory on my base XP drive where it wanted to. What happens is that when i go to run it it starts up brings up the actual program then an error:
Error – Cannot Open Database! Terminating Program.
what database is it looking for ??
is it AiconDB as there is a AiconDB text file in the program and the actually folder has data in it ??
Any Ideas please.
keith from australia.

Simple solution Keith is to install it on the same drive as your network adapter, or USB modem. Can’t see any way around this. They really have to be on the same drive.

i have run through the registrr and every link for vocaloid is pointing to the partition it is installed to. If vocaloid could not find the modem and the network card im sure it would have not allowed me to install and register the product as in the custom options it allows to install where ever you want to..
the thing is there is a text file in the vocaloid folder to do with AiconDB which i guess is the database for vocaloid.
;AiconDB.def
;AiconDB access file

To be honest Keith, this is technical support stuff. You’d be better off emailing zero g.

Hi,
I have Lola installed on a secondary drive, so therefore not on the same drive as the OS (not on another partition but a different physical drive).
The AiconDB.def file on mine looks identical to your’s so I don’t think it can be this.
Have you had any luck from Zero-G?
Do you have any more information on your’ hardware/software setup that might give us a bit of a clue?
Sorry to not be more help.

How much money would the government collect if they legalized Pro sports betting? The booking company would have to take a social security number. To collect taxes right away. Upon winning. Pro’s make too much money to throw games these days. College players could be swayed. So only pro betting.
