:( I am running a AMD 2400 (2 gigahertz) processor and 512 meg of ram
I know the recommended system is a 2 gig processor with 1 gig of ram
but I am getting alot of processor spikes…i cant run in play with synthesis mode and sometimes I have to delete a certain dynamic event as it causes spikes…I tried doing a harmony track yesterday…it worked until I started putting some dynamics in and then it just refused to process the track at all…what sort of machine do I need to make this program work properly…or will Yamaha very nicely have a look at the processor issues
thanks

I know what you mean. My 2 gig cpu runs at 100 percent while vocaloid is just making edit changes. But it still plays and accepts inserts for me. I may hafta upgrade my puter again. Just upgraded 2 months ago.

Play with Synthesis and the VSTi problems are issues I believe Yamaha are tackling right now. Vocaloid has these problems however fast your PC is aparently. <img class=” />

I believe Yamaha will be releasing a free update to the software soon which will fix these problems (and hopefully some other probs too).

Is there anyone with a high-performance PC that can handle the “play with synthesis”, then please state what kind of hardware it has (processor speed, memory etc). :?:
