Actually I CAN log in–but there is then no link to a way to contact technical support. It just says "Welcome" and asks if I want to change my password or log out. Nothing else!

Anyone here have the tech support contact info?

I’ve just installed PRIMA and authorized and when I first push Play it says "Cannot output waves (Undefined external error)". I have many other music programs playing successfully (Vista)–only this one doesn’t work.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jerry

This does not seem a problem in installation, looks like a hardware problem with your sound card o ram memory.

When you press play Prima work? or failure is only when the job is render?

Try this email address: vocaloidsupport@zero-g.co.uk

Greetings

Thanks for the prompt response.

I have dozens of other programs using the sound card just fine.

Thanks for the tech support mailing address. I’ll check with them.

I’ve sent a couple of emails now to that email address and…silence.

That error message has gone away after fiddling with my drivers.

I’m using a Presonus Firebox and all of my other music software uses ASIO drivers. Prima seems to be looking for WDM drivers. I didn’t see anything in documentation regarding WDM.

Not sure why Prima is the only program not working–SONAR, Band in a Box, FLStudio, etc. work…

Hi Jerry,

The email that Guiseppi gave you seems to be out of action at the moment.

Please use this one instead: contact@prima-vocaloid.com

Thanks. I’ll try them.

I have NEVER had so much trouble with trying to find a source for tech support for a company…

Jerry-

Please let us know how you make out with that email contact. I’d like to get some tech support also.

That last one seems to have worked.

I heard from them today–although they indicated that they go to Yamaha with the questions…
